A delightful and engaging string trio, Trillium - Tracy Ensley (Violin), Travis Baird (viola), and Brenda Leonard (cello) - will offer a program that explores the rich variety of New Music written in the last decade. Some lighthearted, some lovely, some dark, and some serious, this show illustrates the beauty of contemporary chamber music. In addition to the Monday show, and as a part of our educational outreach, Trillium will be offering a run-out concert on Tuesday, March 21 at 7:00pm in the Carroll Fine Arts Building Recital Hall at Limestone College. The performance will be preceded by a lecture/demonstration at 2:00pm that afternoon, led by composers/directors Peter B. Kay and Nolan Stolz.
